OUR VALUES
Direct Giving
100% of your donations given to Project Fleri go directly towards funding our programs in Haiti. This includes paying salaries in Haiti, school tuition, or supporting local businesses by buying school supplies, uniforms, etc. We have a separate fund to cover all operational costs for Project Fleri.
Local Leadership
To align with our mission of sustainability & job creation, our leadership team is hired directly from Haiti. Additionally, we limit physical donations coming from the United States in order to support the local economy & build up Haitian entrepreneurs.
Sustainability
We work to create systematic, long-term change in Haiti. We practice deep listening & empathy. Feedback is a critical part of our organization to ensure we are truly creating a deep impact. We consistently ask our team & stakeholders how we can improve our programs.
